This is a day long retreat beginning with a walk or run, yoga, meditation, and sound bath. Lunch and a coffee break will also be included.
We firmly believe that our souls require nurturing. Amidst the whirlwind of everyday existence, we frequently become entangled in our routines, overlooking the essential care of our body and spirit. A day dedicated to self-care is precisely what your spirit is calling for.
In a naturally inspiring setting in the White Mountains of NH, this one-day retreat is designed to lift your spirit by reconnecting you to the outdoors. Discover the sensations of vitality, inspiration, and renewal. Through a balance of intentional movement and stillness, we are able to replenish our energy and find the harmony we crave.
Our day will begin by connecting and setting intentions. We will then immerse ourselves in nature amongst friends with a guided trail run or walk. Whether you’re feeling called to run or walk, we encourage you to listen to your body and go at your own pace, we will be there with you every step of the way to ensure no friends are left behind.
After the run, we will enjoy lunch with a view of the surrounding mountains. There will be enough time to eat, socialize, and prepare for the afternoon activities of yoga, meditation, and a sound bath. During this time we will learn to move our bodies with our breath through various yoga postures that connect us to the present moment. As we settle into savasana we will begin to feel the vibrations of a sound bath which will attune our body's awareness and bring us into a state of calm. We will close our day with a farewell ceremony and we will look forward to seeing you at our future retreats.
